Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy:
Once your reservation has been processed, you will be responsible for paying the total balance for your stay. If you decide to leave early, or to cancel a night, you are still responsible to pay for the total number of night(s) you reserved. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your deposit back minus 20%. If you cancel within the 30 days from your check-in date, you will lose your entire deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, the full balance of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions.
Extended Stay Deposit Policy:
If you have an extended stay (4+ nights), we may contact you a month or so prior to your arrival for an additional night’s rent.
Additional Charges:
Neal’s Lodges reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, without notice, for any additional services needed to return the property to the state it was in upon your arrival. For example: excess garbage, broken or missing items, extreme filth, smoking etc.
Final Payment:
In order to make the check-in process fast and easy for you, your final payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival date. We will send an email 10 days prior to check-in as a reminder.  If you need to use a different credit card, please let us know at that time, otherwise, your card will be automatically be charged for the final payment.
Extra Person Policy:
The charge for extra people in your cabin (condo or lodge) is $20/person per (day) night.  Most properties are set up to accommodate the maximum number of people that is comfortable for that particular place, so please do not bring an additional family/friends to “squeeze” in.  If you have extra people who are planning to join you please call the office to confirm how many (if any) are allowed in the cabin (condo or lodge) you are planning to rent.  If someone joins you for only a day pass or overnight, we will still collect the extra fee for the total number of nights of your stay.  When they leave, he/she may come by the office to return their wristband and receive a reimbursement for the number of nights they won’t be with us.
Pet Policy: 
If you see a “paw print” icon when searching for a property, your pet is welcome there!  He/she must remain on a leash at all times while on the property.  It is preferred that he/she hang out in a kennel while in the cabin without you.  The $25 pet fee per pet/per stay.
Check-In begins at 4:00 PM 
We cannot guarantee that your property will be ready before this time.  Our housekeeping teams do their best each day to get everything ready for your stay.  We know you will be excited to begin your vacation and your patience is appreciated (especially on extra busy days where dozens of properties are being “turned”).
Late Check-In
If you arrive after our office is closed, there will be an envelope with your name on it in the mailbox just to the right of our office door.  In the envelope you will find a map to your property and a key.
Check out is at 11:00 AM 
We know it’s hard to leave, but because we have limited time to prepare each property for the new check-ins, please be packed up and loaded out by 11:00 AM sharp.  If you fail to meet this time, we will be forced to charge a late check-out fee.
Minimum age to reserve;
Guests must be 21 years old or older to rent property from Neal’s.  Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. at check in.
