Guest Rules

These rules are to insure that Neal's remains the safe and enjoyable family resort that it has been for the last half century. All guests, including day visitors, are expected to respect these rules as well as the rights of their fellow visitors.

  1. NO motor vehicles of any kind are allowed in the river or riverbed.
  2. Pets allowed in crates only - 30 pound limit - $25.00 deposit - refundable by mail.
  3. NO firearms, including BB guns.
  4. Loud music, loud noise and profanity are strictly prohibited.
  5. NO GLASS containers allowed at the river.
  6. Public intoxication will be grounds for immediate eviction.
  7. NO littering - trash cans are only a few feet from any area.
  8. Absolutely no jumping, or diving from the rocks, or trees into the river.
  9. NO cutting of trees. Wood and charcoal are available in the store.
  10. Anyone observed cutting on any tree will be required to leave without a refund.
  11. Drive slowly -- children are at play.
  12. Teenage, or young single overnight guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  13. NO fireworks.
  14. NO loitering in front of the store or gate after 11:30 p.m.
  15. NO Smoking in cabins.

DUE TO LIABILITY INSURANCE, 4-WHEELERS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED.
