Neal's Lodges on the Frio River



	Reservations and Rules Reservations are taken for cabins and RV hook-ups. The reservation books for each year open at 8:00 a.m. on January 1 of that year. A three (3) night minimum is required from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. During the Summer one and two night blocks are sometimes available so call the office on a first come first served basis. A Wavier and Release form must be filled out before your stay at Neal's. If you have made reservations please print and sign the forms and send in before your arrival and this will make your check-in faster. Neal's Vacation Lodges has 65 cabins renting from $95.00 to $350.00 per night. Most prices are based on 4 people. Additional guests will be charged $8.00 per night (no charge for children 4 years and younger). Neal's Information Pak All cabins have air conditioning and TV. Bed linens, towels and blankets are not furnished. We furnish basic kitchen utensils and dishes. Twenty cabins have fireplaces (special winter rates) Tents and RVs are not allowed around cabin areas All vehicles in your party must be registered at the office and receive car passes All cabins have outside BBQ pits and a picnic table. Pets allowed in crates only - 30 pound limit. No smoking in cabins. Day guest attending reunions - $5.00 charge per person. In-Season Cancellation Policy (Memorial Day thru Labor Day): Once your reservation has been processed, you are responsible for paying for the entire booking. If you decide to leave early or to cancel a night off of your reservation, you are still responsible for paying for that night. If you cancel your entire reservation 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your deposit back minus 20%. If you cancel within the 30 days, you will lose your entire deposit. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions. Off-Season Cancellation Policy (September-May): Please ask Cabin check in time is 4 p.m. Cabin check out time is 12 noon. RV check in / check out times are 12 noon Off Season check in: Call in advance. RV Rules There are 9 hookup sites for rent for $35.00 per night per four people. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional person. All RV sites have full hookups (electricity, water, sewer and cable) Tents are not allowed in the RV area All vehicles in your party must be registered at the office and receive car passes. Spaces 1 thru 5 allow up to 28' long and 11' tall with 35 amp hookups. Spaces 11 thru 14 allow 5th wheels up to 50' with 50 amp hookups. Campground Rules These rules are to insure that Neal's remains the safe and enjoyable family resort that it has been for the last half century. All guests, including day visitors, are expected to respect these rules as well as the rights of their fellow visitors. NO motor vehicles of any kind are allowed in the river or riverbed. Pets allowed in crates only - 30 pound limit. NO firearms, including BB guns. Loud music, loud noise and profanity are strictly prohibited. NO GLASS containers allowed at the river. Public intoxication will be grounds for immediate eviction. NO littering - trash cans are only a few feet from any area. Absolutely no jumping, or diving from the rocks, or trees into the river. NO cutting of trees. Wood and charcoal are available in the store. Anyone observed cutting on any tree will be required to leave without a refund. Drive slowly -- children are at play. Teenage, or young single overnight guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult. NO fireworks. NO loitering in front of the store or gate after 11:30 p.m. NO Smoking in cabins.
