CANCELLATIONS

In-Season Cancellation Policy (Memorial Day thru Labor Day): Once your reservation has been processed, you are responsible for paying for the entire booking. If you decide to leave early or to cancel a night off of your reservation, you are still responsible for paying for that night. If you cancel your entire reservation 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your deposit back minus 20%. If you cancel within the 30 days, you will lose your entire deposit.
